Body-fat percentage tells you more than weight alone, because it separates fat from muscle. This calculator uses the US Navy circumference method — height, neck, waist and hip — to estimate it with nothing but a tape measure, then converts it into fat mass and lean mass.
Men: BF% = 495 ÷ (1.0324 − 0.19077·log10(waist − neck) + 0.15456·log10(height)) − 450
